PDB-V608-1 Overview
In order to protect these photodiodes from damage, they are packaged in the Tray. For safety reasons, the photodiodes are packaged in Die packages. Photodiodes can only withstand 25V in reverse-bias mode indefinitely. A continuous reverse-bias voltage of 25V should be maintained for the photodiodes. A photodiode occurs even at 40nA current without light input.
