PDB-V608-2 Overview
In order to prevent damage, these photodiodes are packaged in the Bulk. To ensure safety, photodiodes are put into Chip with 30 Gauge PVC Wire packages. Reverse-bias photodiodes can withstand a maximum of 25V in continuous reverse-bias mode. Photodiodes in reverse-bias mode should not continuously exceed 25V. The current in a photodiode is 40nA even when there is no light input.
