PDB-V610-1 Overview
A Tray package protects these photodiodes from damage. In order to ensure their safety, the photodiodes are packaged into Die packages. When reverse-bias is applied continuously, the photodiodes are able to withstand only 25V voltage. Photodiodes in reverse-bias mode should not continuously exceed 25V. Despite the absence of light input, a photodiode generates 20nA electrical current.
