PDB-V612-2 Overview
To prevent damage to these photodiodes, they are packaged in Bulk. To ensure safety, the photodiodes are packaged in Chip with 30 Gauge PVC Wire packages. Photodiodes can only withstand 25V in reverse-bias mode indefinitely. A continuous reverse-bias voltage of 25V should be maintained for the photodiodes. It is possible for a photodiode to produce 40nA even without light input.
