PDB-V613-2 Overview
To prevent damage, the photodiodes are packaged in a Bulk. To ensure safety, photodiodes are put into Chip with 30 Gauge PVC Wire packages. When reverse-biased continuously, photodiodes can withstand a maximum voltage of 25V. Under reverse-bias mode, the voltage of the photodiodes should not exceed 25V. A photodiode occurs even at 50nA current without light input.
