PDB-V614-1 Overview
Designed to protect these photodiodes against damage, these photodiodes are packaged in the Tray. To ensure safety, photodiodes are put into Die packages. A photodiode can withstand a maximum voltage of 25V if it is continuously reverse-biased. It is recommended that the photodiodes are maintained at a constant voltage of 25V in reverse-bias mode. It is possible for a photodiode to produce 500nA even without light input.
