PDB-V615-1 Overview
To prevent damage, the photodiodes are packaged in a Tray. Photodiodes are packaged in Die packages in order to ensure their safety. In reverse-bias mode on a continual basis, the maximum amount of voltage the photodiodes can withstand is 25V. It is recommended to set the reverse-bias mode for the photodiodes to not exceed 25V on a continuous basis. In the absence of light input, the photodiode exhibits a current of 350nA.
