PDB-V615-2 Overview


Designed to protect these photodiodes against damage, these photodiodes are packaged in the Bulk. For safety reasons, the photodiodes are packaged in Chip with 30 Gauge PVC Wire packages. As long as the photodiodes are operated continuously in reverse-bias mode, the maximum voltage they can tolerate is 25V. A continuous reverse-bias voltage of 25V should be maintained for the photodiodes. While photodiodes are operating, the temperature should not exceed 100°C. There should, however, be a minimum operating temperature of -40°C for the photodiodes. A photodiode occurs even at 350nA current without light input.
