PDB-V615-3 Overview
In order to protect these photodiodes from damage, they are packaged in the Bulk. In order to ensure their safety, the photodiodes are packaged into Chip with 34 Gauge BUSS Wire packages. Continuously reverse-biasing photodiodes can withstand 25V voltage. A continuous voltage of 25V should not be applied to the photodiodes in reverse-bias mode. There is 350nA current flowing through a photodiode even in the absence of light input.
