PDB-V616-1 Overview
To protect them from damage, these photodiodes are packaged in the Tray. To ensure safety, photodiodes are put into Die packages. A continuous reverse-bias mode can only sustain 25V voltage per photodiode. When operating in reverse-bias mode, the photodiodes should not exceed 25V. In the absence of light input, a photodiode produces a 35nA current.
