PDB-V616-2 Overview
As a protective measure, these photodiodes are packaged in the Bulk. For safety reasons, the photodiodes are packaged in Chip with 30 Gauge PVC Wire packages. The maximum voltage the photodiodes can withstand in reverse-bias mode is 25V. Continuous reverse-bias should not exceed 25V for the photodiodes. In the absence of light input, a photodiode produces a 35nA current.
