PDB-V616-3 Overview
In order to protect these photodiodes from damage, they are packaged in the Bulk. Photodiodes are packaged in Chip with 34 Gauge BUSS Wire packages in order to ensure their safety. When reverse-bias is applied continuously, the photodiodes are able to withstand only 25V voltage. As long as the photodiodes are operated in reverse-bias mode, they should not exceed voltage 25V. A photodiode conducts 35nA current without light input.
