PDB-V617-3 Overview
To protect these photodiodes from damage, the Bulk is used. Photodiodes are protected by Chip with 34 Gauge BUSS Wire packages in order to ensure their safety. As long as the photodiodes are operated continuously in reverse-bias mode, the maximum voltage they can tolerate is 25V. As long as the photodiodes are operated in reverse-bias mode, they should not exceed voltage 25V. Despite the absence of light, photodiodes make 35nA current.
