PDB-V618-1 Overview
Tray is used to protect the photodiodes from damage. Photodiodes are packaged in Die packages in order to ensure their safety. A photodiode can withstand a maximum voltage of 25V if it is continuously reverse-biased. In reverse-bias mode, the voltage for the photodiodes should not exceed 25V continuously. A photodiode occurs even at 20nA current without light input.
