PDG-V455-46 Overview
To protect them from damage, these photodiodes are packaged in the Bulk. In order to ensure safety, the photodiodes are packaged in TO-46-2 Metal Can packages. When operating in reverse bias mode continuously, the photodiodes can withstand 75V voltage. A reverse-bias photodiode shouldn't exceed 75V continuously in reverse-bias mode. Despite the absence of light, photodiodes make 150pA current.
