PDI-701 Overview
The photodiodes are packaged in the Bulk in order to prevent damage to them. For safety reasons, the photodiodes are packaged in Radial packages. During the operation of photodiodes, the temperature should not exceed 75°C. The minimum operating temperature for the photodiodes, however, should be set to -10°C.
