PDI-G103 Overview
The Bulk protects these photodiodes from damage. To ensure safety, the photodiodes are packaged in TO-46-2 Metal Can packages. Continually operating in reverse-bias mode, a photodiode's maximum voltage is 100V. During reverse-bias operation, the photodiodes should never exceed 100V. For photodiodes to work, the breakdown voltage should be 30V. The photodiode operates at 200pA current even in the absence of light input.
