PDI-M301 Overview
To prevent damage, the photodiodes are packaged in a Bulk. In order to ensure their safety, the photodiodes are packaged into TO-205AA, TO-5-3 Metal Can packages. It is possible for the photodiodes to withstand 75V voltage in reverse-bias mode on a continuous basis. The voltage for the photodiodes should not exceed 75V in reverse-bias mode on a continual basis. When photodiodes operate, they should not be subjected to temperatures higher than 100°C. But the minimum operating temperature for the photodiodes should be set to -40°C. ?There is 9nA current flowing through a photodiode even in the absence of light input.
