PDI-V105-F Overview


Photodiodes are enclosed in Bulk to prevent damage. In order to ensure their safety, the photodiodes are packaged into TO-5 Variant, 2 Leads, Lens Top Metal Can packages. As long as the photodiodes are operated in reverse- bias mode continuously, their maximum voltage is 100V. It is recommended to set the reverse-bias mode for the photodiodes to not exceed 100V on a continuous basis. A photodiode occurs even at 200pA current without light input.
