PDI-V495-46 Overview
To protect these photodiodes from damage, the Bulk is used. In order to ensure safety, the photodiodes are packaged in TO-46-2 Metal Can packages. When photodiodes are continuously reverse-biased, the maximum voltage they can withstand is 75V. In reverse-bias mode, the voltage for the photodiodes should not exceed 75V continuously. Without light, a photodiode has 150pA current.
