PDR-V466-46 Overview
It is important to note that these photodiodes are packaged in Bulk to prevent damage. In order to ensure their safety, the photodiodes are packaged into TO-46-2 Metal Can packages. A photodiode can withstand a maximum voltage of 75V if it is continuously reverse-biased. When operating in reverse-bias mode, the photodiodes should not exceed 75V. A photodiode occurs even at 150pA current without light input.
