PDR-V468 Overview


To prevent damage to these photodiodes, they are packaged in Bulk. Photodiodes are packaged in TO-5 Variant, 2 Leads, Lens Top Metal Can packages in order to ensure their safety. A continuous reverse-bias mode can only sustain 100V voltage per photodiode. As long as the photodiodes are operated in reverse-bias mode, they should not exceed voltage 100V. Despite the absence of light input, a photodiode generates 10pA electrical current.
