As a protective measure, these photodiodes are packaged in the Bulk. It is necessary to place the photodiodes into 2-DIP Module packages in order to protect them from damage. A photodiode can withstand a maximum voltage of 30V if it is continuously reverse-biased. It is important that the reverse-bias voltage of the photodiodes do not exceed 30V continuously. In the absence of light input, the photodiode exhibits a current of 10nA.
