PDU-C112Q Overview
To ensure safety, photodiodes are put into Module packages. When reverse-bias is applied continuously, the photodiodes are able to withstand only 30V voltage. A continuous reverse-bias voltage of 30V should be maintained for the photodiodes. In the absence of light input, the photodiode exhibits a current of 10nA.
