PDU-C115Q Overview


In order to prevent damage, these photodiodes are packaged in the Bulk. To ensure safety, photodiodes are put into TO-5 Variant, 2 Leads, Lens Top Metal Can packages. A photodiode can withstand a maximum voltage of 30V when operating in reverse-bias mode continuously. Continuously, the reverse-bias voltage should not exceed 30V for the photodiodes. A photodiode is capable of conducting 1nA current even without light input.
