PDU-C119Q Overview


To prevent damage, the photodiodes are packaged in a Bulk. In order to ensure safety, the photodiodes are packaged in TO-5 Variant, 2 Leads, Lens Top Metal Can packages. Continually operating in reverse-bias mode, a photodiode's maximum voltage is 30V. When reverse-biased, the photodiodes should not continually exceed 30V. The photodiode will operate at 2.5nA current even in the absence of light input.
