PDU-S104 Overview
The photodiodes are packaged in the Tray for protection. The photodiodes are put into TO-46-2 packages for safety protection. The maximum voltage that the photodiodes can tolerate in reverse-biased mode is 20V over a continuous period of time. A reverse-bias photodiode shouldn't exceed 20V continuously in reverse-bias mode. In the absence of light input, the photodiode exhibits a current of 2nA.
