PDU-V101 Overview
The Tray protects these photodiodes from damage. In order to ensure safety, the photodiodes are packaged in TO-46-2 Lens Top Metal Can packages. Photodiodes can only withstand 75V in reverse-bias mode indefinitely. Continuously, the reverse-bias voltage should not exceed 75V for the photodiodes. The current in a photodiode is 6pA even when there is no light input.
