PDU-V101Q Overview
A Bulk package protects these photodiodes from damage. For safety reasons, the photodiodes are packaged in TO-46-2 Metal Can packages. In reverse-bias mode on a continual basis, the maximum amount of voltage the photodiodes can withstand is 75V. It is recommended that the photodiodes are maintained at a constant voltage of 75V in reverse-bias mode. It is possible for a photodiode to operate at 6pA current even if no light is provided.
