PDU-V103Q Overview


To protect these photodiodes from damage, the Tray is used. It is necessary to place the photodiodes into TO-46-2 Lens Top Metal Can packages in order to protect them from damage. A continuous reverse-bias mode can only sustain 75V voltage per photodiode. It is recommended to set the reverse-bias mode for the photodiodes to not exceed 75V on a continuous basis. It is possible for a photodiode to operate at 2pA current even if no light is provided.
