PDU-V104 Overview


It is important to note that these photodiodes are packaged in Bulk to prevent damage. Photodiodes are protected by TO-46-2 packages in order to ensure their safety. The maximum voltage the photodiodes can withstand in reverse-bias mode is 75V. Reverse-bias photodiodes should not be operated above 75V permanently. Photodiode operation should take place at temperatures below 125°C. But the photodiodes should operate at a temperature of -40°C. Ensure that the breakdown voltage of the photodiode is the same as 10V. Photodiodes exhibit 5pA current even in the absence of light input.
