PDU-V104Q Overview
To protect them from damage, these photodiodes are packaged in the Bulk. Photodiodes are protected by TO-46-2 packages in order to ensure their safety. When reverse-biased continuously, photodiodes can withstand a maximum voltage of 75V. It is recommended to set the reverse-bias mode for the photodiodes to not exceed 75V on a continuous basis. The photodiode will operate at 5pA current even in the absence of light input.
