PDU-V105Q Overview


Photodiodes are protected from damage by the Bulk package. Photodiodes are protected by TO-5 Variant, 2 Leads, Lens Top Metal Can packages in order to ensure their safety. As long as the photodiodes are operated continuously in reverse-bias mode, the maximum voltage they can tolerate is 75V. Photodiodes in reverse-bias mode should not continuously exceed 75V. When no light is input, a photodiode will conduct at 2pA current.
