PDU-V106 Overview


In order to protect the photodiodes against damage, they are packaged in the Bulk. Photodiodes are packaged in TO-5 Variant, 2 Leads, Lens Top Metal Can packages in order to ensure their safety. When photodiodes are continuously reverse-biased, the maximum voltage they can withstand is 100V. As long as the photodiodes are operated in reverse-bias mode, they should not exceed voltage 100V. In the absence of light input, the photodiode exhibits a current of 5pA.
