PDU-V106Q Overview


To protect these photodiodes from damage, the Bulk is used. To ensure safety, photodiodes are put into TO-5 Variant, 2 Leads, Lens Top Metal Can packages. In reverse-bias mode on a continual basis, the maximum amount of voltage the photodiodes can withstand is 100V. The voltage for the photodiodes should not exceed 100V in reverse-bias mode on a continual basis. Despite the absence of light input, a photodiode generates 5pA electrical current.
