PDU-V108 Overview


It is important to note that these photodiodes are packaged in Bulk to prevent damage. In order to ensure their safety, the photodiodes are packaged into TO-233AA, TO-8-3 Lens Top Metal Can packages. When operating in reverse bias mode continuously, the photodiodes can withstand 75V voltage. A continuous voltage of 75V should not be applied to the photodiodes in reverse-bias mode. A photodiode is capable of conducting 10pA current even without light input.
