PDU-V109 Overview
These photodiodes are packaged in the Bulk to protect them from damage. In order to ensure their safety, the photodiodes are packaged into TO-233AA, TO-8-3 Lens Top Metal Can packages. When photodiodes are continuously reverse-biased, the maximum voltage they can withstand is 75V. Photodiodes in reverse-bias mode should not continuously exceed 75V. The photodiode operates at 66pA current even in the absence of light input.
