To prevent damage to these photodiodes, they are packaged in Bulk. It is necessary to place the photodiodes into TO-233AA, TO-8-3 Lens Top Metal Can packages in order to protect them from damage. As long as the photodiodes are operated in reverse- bias mode continuously, their maximum voltage is 75V. When the photodiodes are reverse-biased, the voltage should never exceed 75V.
