PDU-V112Q Overview
It is necessary to enclose the photodiodes in Module packages for safety purposes. As long as the photodiodes are operated continuously in reverse-bias mode, the maximum voltage they can tolerate is 30V. Photodiodes in reverse-bias mode should not continuously exceed 30V. When no light is input, a photodiode will conduct at 200pA current.
