PDU-V114 Overview

Photodiodes are protected from damage by the Bulk package. Photodiodes are packaged in TO-5 Variant, 2 Leads, Lens Top Metal Can packages in order to ensure their safety. Photodiodes can only withstand 75V in reverse-bias mode indefinitely. In reverse-bias mode, the voltage for the photodiodes should not exceed 75V continuously. While operating photodiodes, the temperature should not exceed 125°C. There should, however, be a minimum operating temperature of -40°C for the photodiodes. Photodiodes should work when the breakdown voltage is 10V. A photodiode conducts 10pA current without light input.
