PDU-V115 Overview
The Bulk protects these photodiodes from damage. Photodiodes are packaged in TO-5 Variant, 2 Leads, Lens Top Metal Can packages in order to ensure their safety. The maximum voltage that the photodiodes can tolerate in reverse-biased mode is 75V over a continuous period of time. Continuously, the reverse-bias voltage should not exceed 75V for the photodiodes. Even in the absence of light input, a photodiode occurs 2pA current.
