PDU-V119 Overview
To protect the photodiodes, they are packed in the Bulk. It is necessary to place the photodiodes into TO-5 Variant, 2 Leads, Lens Top Metal Can packages in order to protect them from damage. Continually operating in reverse-bias mode, a photodiode's maximum voltage is 75V. Continuous reverse-bias should not exceed 75V for the photodiodes. It is possible for a photodiode to operate at 10pA current even if no light is provided.
