PDU-V402B Overview
In order to protect the photodiodes against damage, they are packaged in the Bulk. Photodiodes are packaged in 2-DIP Module packages in order to ensure their safety. It is considered that the maximum voltage the photodiodes can withstand in reverse-bias mode is 15V. It is recommended that the photodiodes are maintained at a constant voltage of 15V in reverse-bias mode. In the absence of light input, the photodiode exhibits a current of 5nA.
