PDU-V425 Overview
Photodiodes are enclosed in Bulk to prevent damage. It is necessary to place the photodiodes into TO-5 Variant, 2 Leads, Lens Top Metal Can packages in order to protect them from damage. When reverse-biased continuously, photodiodes can withstand a maximum voltage of 50V. Under reverse-bias mode, the voltage of the photodiodes should not exceed 50V. It is possible for a photodiode to operate at 335nA current even if no light is provided.
