PDV-V400-46 Overview
The photodiodes are packaged in the Bulk to prevent damage. The photodiodes are put into TO-46-2 Lens Top Metal Can packages for safety protection. It is considered that the maximum voltage the photodiodes can withstand in reverse-bias mode is 75V. The voltage for the photodiodes should not exceed 75V in reverse-bias mode on a continual basis. It is possible for a photodiode to produce 150pA even without light input.
