PDV-V403-46 Overview
As a protective measure, these photodiodes are packaged in the Bulk. It is necessary to place the photodiodes into TO-46-2 Lens Top Metal Can packages in order to protect them from damage. When reverse-biased continuously, photodiodes can withstand a maximum voltage of 75V. Continuously, the reverse-bias voltage should not exceed 75V for the photodiodes. Photodiodes exhibit 150pA current even in the absence of light input.
