PDV-V417 Overview


In order to protect these photodiodes from damage, they are packaged in the Bulk. In order to ensure safety, the photodiodes are packaged in Radial packages. It is considered that the maximum voltage the photodiodes can withstand in reverse-bias mode is 10V. In reverse-bias mode, the voltage for the photodiodes should not exceed 10V continuously. The breakdown voltage should be 15V to ensure photodiodes work. The photodiode operates at 3pA current even in the absence of light input.
