PDV-V419 Overview
In order to prevent damage, these photodiodes are packaged in the Bulk. To ensure safety, the photodiodes are packaged in Radial packages. Photodiodes can only withstand 10V in reverse-bias mode indefinitely. Continuously reverse-bias the photodiodes shouldn't exceed 10V. Ensure that the breakdown voltage of the photodiode is the same as 15V. It is possible for a photodiode to operate at 75pA current even if no light is provided.
