PL602-21TC-R Overview
In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tape & Reel (TR) package is used. The SOT-23-6 package includes this clock generator. The peak reflow temperature (Cel) amounts to NOT SPECIFIED to be essentially indestructible. As you can see, it consists of 8 terminations.
