PL602-23SC Overview
Tube-method packaging is used for clock ICs. A Clock PLL is included with the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. A maximum temperature of NOT SPECIFIED can be sustained by this clock generator ic during reflowing. In it, there are 8 terminations to be found.
