PL602-23SC Overview
Tube-method packaging is used for clock ICs. A Clock PLL is included with the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. A maximum temperature of NOT SPECIFIED can be sustained by this clock generator ic during reflowing. In it, there are 8 terminations to be found. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 2.5V. This Clock PLL will be fed by Crystal as its input. For full access to the electronic component's capabilities, 1 circuits are implemented. RF synthesizers based on this clock provide frequencies up to 200MHz maximum.
